ISQua Accredited Standards

-
It provides confidence and credibility through formal worldwide recognition that an organization meets agreed international standards specifically developed and tested for health care external evaluation bodies
-
It involves an impartial and independent review system
-
It provides reassurance to governments, funders, clients and the organization itself that its performance, standards, or training programs meet the highest international standards and are continuously improved.
The International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua) launched its International Accreditation Program (IAP) in 1999. It is the only international program that 'Accredits the Accreditors.’ The International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua) is an international body that grants approval to accreditation bodies in healthcare as a mark of equivalence of accreditation program of member countries. ISQua is the same umbrella organization responsible for accrediting the Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation scheme in the USA and the Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation, as well as accreditation organizations in the United Kingdom and Australia.
